1. Approach – Natural style

As wedding photographers, our role is not only to take beautiful photos but also to capture the emotions and moments that make your wedding day unique. Our style is a mix of candid, posed, and documentary photography, which allows us to tell the story of your day in a natural and artistic way.

2. Consultation and Planning

The first step in working together is to schedule a consultation, either in person or virtually. During this meeting, we will discuss your vision for your wedding day, your photography preferences, and any special requests you may have. We will also share full day wedding galleries and provide you a contract.

Once you decide to book us as your Manchester wedding photographers, we will work together to create a timeline and shot list for your wedding day. This ensures that we capture all the important moments and that the day runs smoothly. We will agree, based on your planning when it’s the most suitable time to get the couple session.

3. Pre-Wedding Photoshoot

As part of our wedding photography services, we offer pre-wedding photoshoots and we also included, free of charge, in our Album packages. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other better and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera. We can choose a location that is meaningful to you or a place that matches the theme of your wedding. All the pre-wedding shoots has to be in a 25 miles area of M30 7DW to avoid extra travel fees.

4. The Wedding Day

On the day of your wedding, we will arrive early to capture all the details and preparations. We will be with you throughout the day, documenting every moment from the prep, ceremony to the reception, cutting the cake and first dance. Here is a breakdown of what to expect from each part of the day:

Getting Ready Photos

Getting ready photos are an important part of the day, as they capture the anticipation and excitement leading up to the ceremony. We will take photos of the bride/groom getting ready, as well as the details such as the dress, shoes, and accessories.

Ceremony Photos

During the ceremony, we will capture all the important moments, such as vows and the first kiss. We will also take photos of the decor and any special traditions that you may have. Guest’s reactions are also something we’re very interested to get.

Family and Bridal Party Photos

After the ceremony, we will take photos of the family and bridal party. This is a great opportunity to get group shots and capture the love and excitement of your loved ones. You’ll receive and electronic list from us called “potential wedding photographs” where you can state your preferences. Ex: bride and groom with uncle Bob!

Couple Photos

Couple photos are one of our favourite parts of the day, as they allow us to capture the love and connection between you and your partner. We will take photos at various locations and use different poses and angles to create a variety of beautiful shots.

Reception Photos

During the reception, we will capture all the special moments such as the speeches, cake cutting and first dance. We will also take candid photos of your guests enjoying the party and the decorations.

5. Post-Wedding Editing and Delivery

After your wedding day, we will go through all the photos and select the best ones to edit. We edit each photo individually, paying close attention to detail and ensuring that each photo looks its best. We will also provide you with a mix of colour and black and white photos. It’s a mixture of photos and not 2 sets.

Once the editing process is complete, we will deliver your photos via a private online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your photos with your loved ones. You will also receive a USB drive with all the edited photos and a print release if you opted for one of our Prints/Album packages.

Yes, we offer pre-wedding photoshoots, which are free when booked as complete Photo + Video package.

How long does it take to receive our photos?

The editing process can take up to 21 days, but we will provide you with a sneak peek of some of the photos within a few days after the wedding.

Do you offer album design services?

Yes, we offer album design services, which can be added to your photography package. The album starting price is £300 for a 10”x10” (USB included in the box).

Can we request specific photos to be taken?

Absolutely! Before your wedding day, we will discuss your shot list and any specific requests you may have. We need to know what’s important to you so we can deliver beyond expectations.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your wedding, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable.
