Sitwell Arms Wedding Photography Sheffield – Carlone & Roy
Sitwell Arms Wedding Photography Sheffield – What a day! What a couple! I’m blessed!
A beautiful story behind these photographs, I was honoured to take part of such beautiful moment of their lives!
I asked them few questions about themselves – here we go – their story (get ready for a big one!)
Tell me the one thing you love most about each other.
I love the helper in Roy. I can always count on him to support me and love the way he is always willing to help me and others. Always looking at ways in which he could reach other to others in need of help.
Carlone is very constant and dependable and almost everything she does and says has a motive of care.
If you feel comfortable, share with me something silly or quirky the other person does.
He talks about his toilet habits as if it as casual as talking about the weather.
Carlone has a list for almost everything
Besides getting married – what’s the one thing you are looking forward to on your wedding day?
Finally resting from the hustle and bustle of wedding planning. / Time together uninterrupted by Roy having to get up and go home, as we don’t currently live together.

What’s your favourite trend for weddings right now?
“Save the date” fridge magnets.
Gadgets and tech for weddings. Mixing the digital era with the classic.
What inspired your décor or theme?
I like orange and have a number of outfits in that colour so thought a theme around orange with autumn colours would be lovely.
We wanted a simple wedding. The main inspiration for me was trying to imagine the wedding to Adam and Eve in the Bible where God married them in the garden of Eden. Where only God and the angels were in attendance. So hopefully, weather permitting, we too will have an outdoorsy wedding, and we too will receive the favour of God.
What’s one thing you wish you would have known earlier in regards with planning?
How really tedious it could be / Your venue drives everything so get it done early and try looking for non-wedding specific venues, it drives the costs down sometimes significantly.
The impact of COVID-19 and its effects on our planning and re-planning, and re-planning.
A small and intimate wedding having family and friends around. These are their favourites and we created an amazing album they’ll treasure forever!
