Kings Croft is not just a beautiful wedding venue in the heart of Yorkshire, but it’s where Chris and Jordanna met and fell in love. So when it came to choosing a wedding venue, there was only one place that was perfect for them. And a Kings Croft wedding photographer was the perfect way to capture their special day.

For Chris and Jordanna, these verses from 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 couldn’t be more true. After meeting as co-workers at the Kings Croft Hotel in 2014, they didn’t start dating until 2016.
But, once they did, it was as if they had known each other their whole lives. From their first date to playing pool and bowling, they just clicked. Chris even bought Jordanna a rose on one of their early dates!
Their relationship has been a true partnership based on mutual respect and love. They share similar interests but also have their own hobbies and pursuits that keep things interesting. And they are best friends who are always there for each other – through good times and bad.
Jordanna and Chris met while working at the Kings Croft Hotel in 2014. They became a couple two years later, and their relationship has been going strong ever since. They have many shared interests, including gaming, movies, and spending time with friends and family.
One of the things Jordanna loves most about Chris is his passion for gaming. He is always striving to improve his skills and be the best at whatever game he plays. He is also a true gentleman, always making sure that Jordanna is happy and cared for.
Kings Croft Wedding Photographer – The proposal?
Chris loves Jordanna’s selflessness and her caring nature. She always thinks of others and ensures they are taken care of. She is also a lot of fun to be around, and he loves her sense of humor.
When the proposal came, it was a complete surprise to Jordanna. Chris had been planning it for months and even enlisted the help of her dad and brother to get their blessing.
He proposed on May 4th, 2018, and Jordanna says she knew something was up when he took her home from work and sat her down with a glass of wine. She was even more surprised when he came back downstairs in a full suit! Chris got down on one knee and popped the question, and Jordanna said yes!
Jordanna and Chris are looking forward to their wedding day, and they can’t wait to see each other for the first time as Jordanna walks down the aisle. And with a Kings Croft wedding photographer capturing their special day, they will have beautiful photos to cherish for a lifetime.

Kings Croft wedding
Kings Croft is a beautiful venue set in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside, and I was so excited to be able to photograph Chris and Jordanna’s wedding there. The day started with preparations at Kings Croft Hotel which also offers luxury accommodation, where both the bride and groom were getting ready with their close friends and family. It was lovely to see all the excitement and buzz around the place as everyone got ready for the big day ahead.
As a West Yorkshire wedding photographer or even a Wakefield wedding photographer, I was really looking forward to photographing this stunning wedding as it had a gaming theme running throughout. I knew that the wedding photo opportunities would be great fun, and I was not disappointed!
The wedding ceremony took place in the stunning landscaped grounds of Kings Croft, and it was a truly magical setting. The grade 2 listed building and stunning surroundings made it a perfect backdrop for the occasion.
After the ceremony, we took some time to capture some beautiful portraits of the happy couple around the grounds. It was lovely to see them so relaxed and happy in each other’s company.
The wedding reception was held in a large marquee on the grounds of Kings Croft, and it looked amazing! The gaming theme was carried through to the decor, and it made for a very fun and unique atmosphere.
It was then time for the first dance, which was just magical. Chris and Jordanna looked so in love as they danced together, and it was just perfect.
It was great to see so many people enjoying themselves and having such a good time. The dance floor was packed all night, and I even managed to get a few shots of the bride and groom gaming together!
